A Prayer a Day for East Asian Peoples

Chinese Baptist churches all over the world are seeing spiritual renewal and awakening as they obey Christ’s Great Commission to go and make disciples of all nations. In many Chinese diaspora churches (i.e., Chinese churches that exist outside of China), 2019 was the first time they sent members on mission trips to a people group other than their own. The Holy Spirit is prompting a fresh awareness and burden to be a part of the missionary task to unreached people groups and places. Many churches have joined in prayer, provided additional financial support, and set short- and longterm teams to join in the strategy to plant fifty new churches among fifty unreached people groups by 2022.

Pray that during the annual Chinese Missions Conference from December 27 to 31, the Lord of the harvest will call Chinese diaspora workers into his harvest field.
