A Prayer a Day for East Asian Peoples

A significant number of Christians and Christian leaders in China lack a deep, mature faith in Jesus. They are easily susceptible to false teachings, are not making disciples consistently, and lack vision to cross cultures and make followers of Christ in other nations. Their growth in Christ is, for whatever reason, stunted. They also continue to struggle with their relationships at home and with other church members. They experience little of Christ’s victory over sin, giving in to temptations and not understanding the importance of accountability for holiness and growth in Christ. Even though the internet is censored in China, pornography has recently become very easy to access, especially for youth.

Pray for brokenness among Christians, that they will see their need for returning wholeheartedly to God. Pray they will experience his joy and power that comes from living a Spirit-filled life.
