A Prayer a Day for East Asian Peoples

A thirteen-year-old boy named Shin* stepped on a rusty nail. Ten days later, he was unable to eat or sleep, so his family took him to the hospital. He had contracted tetanus and was in intensive care for four days. Shin’s father worships his ancestors, but Shin and his mother are Christians. The doctor said Shin’s condition was hopeless and asked the family to take him home to die. His father began preparing funeral clothes, but a group of Christians began praying.
