A Prayer a Day for East Asian Peoples

A special outdoor worship service on Easter Sunday yielded three unexpected results in a society with very few Christians as well as among a people group that has been resistant to the gospel. The first surprise was being able to secure a good venue—amazingly, a non-Christian couple offered their place. A second surprise was the attendance of many non-Christians at the service, including the owners of the property. The final surprise was that a Christian friend who usually works on Sunday was also able to attend this special worship service. Praise God for how he moved! The results greatly encouraged the workers among this unreached people group.

Pray for the non-Christians who joined this event out of curiosity and heard the gospel. Pray their spiritual curiosity will develop into a deep yearning for a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ.
