A Prayer a Day for East Asian Peoples

Yonsei University, located in the heart of Seoul, is considered one of the top three universities in Korea. It was founded by missionaries well over a century ago and still maintains a Christian heritage. However, its student body is largely non-believing and far from Christ.

Pray this school, which was birthed as part of the missionary task, will experience a spiritual awakening. Pray that the Holy Spirit will move powerfully among the students to orient their hearts toward Jesus as the true answer to what they seek. Pray the Spirit will move the faculty, knowingly or unknowingly, to point to God and Christ in their teaching so that their students will be encouraged to seek God and his truth. Pray, too, that the administration and faculty will be faithful followers of Christ, and that they will seek God’s wisdom in everything they do.
