A Prayer a Day for East Asian Peoples
The Tusu love to participate in festivals because they provide opportunities to relax and forget about the hardships of life. Festivals are a time to reconnect with family and friends, eat, dance, and
even do business. Many Tusu observe a ceremonial washing, which they believe cleanses the past year’s sins. They long to be freed from their sins, so they continue in their traditions. Who will go and tell them that there is a God they don’t yet worship, but should? How will they know that Jesus has already paid the price for their sins?
Thank God that recently an evangelism tool was translated into their language and Tusu Christians are sharing the gospel with others in their people group. Pray the Good News will travel throughout the Tusu people this year and many Tusu will turn to Jesus and be saved.
