Mentoring can take place in both secular and spiritual relationships. A mentor works to shape mentees into good future mentors. If done well, the mentor-mentee relationship can have a lifelong impact on both people.

Pray spiritually mature Christians will be willing to share what they’ve learned in their Christian walks with those who are less mature. Ask that new Christians will have teachable spirits and hearts that are willing to be challenged to grow in their walks with the Lord. Pray that those being mentored will reach out to others who in turn mentor others in their relationships with God.
