A Prayer a Day for East Asian Peoples

God has been working in miraculous ways in Takasaki, Japan. A steadily growing church plant meets in the office of a local Christian’s business. Through the faithful testimony of Japanese Christians, many have made professions of faith in the past several months. Two of these were a local doctor and his daughter. Hi-san* is ten years old and decided to follow Jesus at church one Sunday. Her father’s curiosity grew when he saw how involved she was with the church. Through his interest, he became involved in a weekly men’s Bible study and told the men that he had decided to follow Christ! He has been reading his Bible, praying for his patients, and encouraging his family because of the work of the Holy Spirit!

Pray for this family, specifically that Hi-san’s mother will also choose to believe in Jesus.
