A Prayer a Day for East Asian Peoples

In Japan, prayer walking led to telling stories about God through cooking and culture classes at a public center. Because of these classes, eight non-Christians attended Easter services at a new church start. Two of these people began to attend regularly and became Christians. Four Japanese Christians were introduced to the classes for further opportunities, and many gospel messages were shared.

Pray for opportunities to tell more stories from the Bible. Pray God would be glorified through current ministries through which local churches and missionaries are partnering, such as English Bible classes and Bible studies. Pray for consistency and intentionality in all of these activities. Pray the gospel seeds grow so people’s hearts will be opened to receive Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Pray they will call out to the Father instead of their ancestors.
