A Prayer a Day for East Asian Peoples

Chinese evangelist John Song Shangjie wrote, “The thing Satan fears the most is saints praying together in one accord. Praying together in one accord is the primary stepping stone to revival. . . . A church will die for lack of prayer.” E.M. Bounds wrote, “Our praying, however, needs to be pressed and pursued with an energy that never tires, a persistency which will not be denied, and a courage which never fails.”

Ask that Chinese Christians will pray without ceasing. Pray they will call out to the Lord for him to accomplish his purpose in and through them. Pray they will be quick to obey God’s call, wherever it may lead them.
