A Prayer a Day for East Asian Peoples

Refugees often encounter unexpected hardships when they make the difficult decision to flee. They often find themselves escaping one inhumane situation only to be trapped in another. This was true for Susan*. She felt compelled to leave her home country with hopes of getting a job. Sadly, she fell victim to human trafficking and was sold as a bride twice. Following these abusive experiences, Susan desperately decided to escape to yet another country. Thankfully, she met a Christian who shared the gospel with her, and she became a Christian. For the first time ever she experienced real love, hope, and peace. Unfortunately, Susan’s tragic story is common for female refugees of her people group.

Pray for Susan’s continued spiritual growth and healing. Pray refugees will meet Christians who will help them and minister to their spiritual needs.
