A Prayer a Day for East Asian Peoples
When asked why he was willing to go overseas, a student from a cross-cultural training program responded, “When I was three years old, I was riding on a bike with my parents. My mom saw we were about to be hit by a car, so she threw me to the side of the street. My parents didn’t survive the accident. . . . my aunt who raised me always told me the Lord saved me so I could be his servant. . . . I believe the Lord is calling me into cross-cultural ministry and calling me to share the gospel with Muslim peoples.”
Pray for this brother as he prepares to cross borders to serve long-term among an unreached people group whose context is different than his own.
