A Prayer a Day for East Asian Peoples
Being a gospel worker and living in an area that isn’t friendly toward Christianity brings some special challenges. For example, one minister couldn’t find a safe place to baptize new Christians. After pondering Proverbs 3:5-6, he sensed that God didn’t want him to act on his own or rely on his own understanding. Psalm 46:10 encouraged him to be patient and wait for God’s provision. Therefore, that’s what he did, anticipating that God would provide a safe place for the baptisms. God did exactly that when the owner of a local business with a bathtub in a private bathroom gave permission for the worker and his family to use it anytime they needed. God provided perfectly.
Please ask God to bless these new Christians and the Christians reaching out to this people group.
