A Prayer a Day for East Asian Peoples
Summer is a time for fireworks, festivals, brightly-colored kimonos, dragon boat races, grilled squid on a stick, and ice-cold noodles. Summer among East Asian peoples also brings scores of US students who give up their typical summer breaks to share the gospel with those who have yet to believe. Students come for a week, or even their entire breaks, to serve alongside teams across East Asia. Their mere presence attracts new contacts and their verbal witness plants seeds of salvation.
As students come and share, pray for open doors to spread the gospel, open mouths to boldly speak truth in love, and open hearts to receive and believe. Ask that God will use this generation of students to reach students and take the gospel to every nation.
