Training Program

We have a training program by IMB missionaries who collected the most effective training programs utilized on the mission field and modified, supplemented, and developed to suit the situation, case, environment, and culture of Korea.

There are three goals that the training team is pursuing:

First, we aim to complement and develop tools such as Four Fields, One Thing, Compass, Foundations, and Kairos into a Korean contextual training program. We hope to teach these resources to churches and missionaries who need training. 

Second, we aim to target churches which are not yet self-reliant, church pioneers, or church leaders in Korea, and to train them directly, triggering the re-vitalization of Korean churches. 

Third, we aim to conduct strategic training for the missionaries on our team.
