KIMCHI Project
(Korean International Missions & Coworkers Help Initiative)

The overarching objective of this project is to strengthen and support Korean Baptist missionary selection, sending, supporting, and strategic deployment initiatives. The International Mission Board (IMB) is working closely with the Foreign Mission Board (FMB) in the development and implementation of missionary sending initiatives.

These efforts include Hands On missionaries serving six months to one year; Journeyman missionaries serving from two to three years; and long-term Apprentice units that serve beyond three years.

Our prayer is that this will strengthen a pathway and fuel a missionary movement from Korea to East Asia and the world as we partner together to finish the task among all peoples and nations.
