TIBETANS IN NEPAL
In Nepal, Tibetan refugees live in settlements near Nepal’s two largest cities, Kathmandu and Pokhara. The reasons for their resettlement from Tibet create an environment of spiritual isolation as they hold onto their culture and lifestyle. Tibetan Buddhist beliefs run deep, and the lamas hold control over the people. God, they have churches and Bibles available, but distrust outsiders. May local believers shine Your light among them.
