Guiping is primarily known as the home base of the 1850 Taiping Rebellion, a civil war that claimed the lives of 20 million people. God, the leader of this rebellion claimed to be Jesus’s brother. Is it any wonder that today, believers in Guiping number only 0.4 percent? May this city become known as for its proper teaching of Your Word and the harmony that exists among believers. Their history can’t be changed, but You can rewrite their future.
