Living Water, deserts surround Urumqi, and the city holds the world record for being the most remote from any seas. Unique in culture, architecture, and food, Urumqi has long been an important stop on the Silk Road. But there is a deeper dryness, Lord, that only You can quench: only 0.5 percent of these people know You. We pray streams of living water will flow from believers there and provide refreshment to those who thirst.

The one who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, will have streams of living water flow from deep within him. John 7:38
