A Prayer a Day for East Asian Peoples

The Xinping Lalu love music and often gather to sing traditional songs and play folk instruments. Every year in the second lunar month they hold a singing competition. The male and female winners are considered to be the most eligible people to marry and are greatly pursued. For generations, the Lalu have worshiped many gods, ghosts, and demons. They believe that people become good or bad spirits when they die, depending on their character while alive. Some Lalu follow Christ and have gospel recordings in their heart language.

Pray these Christians will be bold and experience miraculous events in their midst. Pray demons will be cast out and people will get rid of idols and sing songs to God. Pray that in this powerful way, the Word of the Lord will flourish and prevail (Acts 19:20).
