A Prayer a Day for East Asian Peoples
The “Landing City” is a training community where first-term missionaries learn about the Japanese culture and language to help them evangelize, disciple, and plant churches. Making disciples that result in new church plants begins with entry and evangelism. Engaging with the community by eating at the local ramen shop, enjoying coffee with neighbors, and even playing at the park are just a few examples of where we have seen the gospel shared and lives changed. Development is more expansive than just “doing,” it also focuses on being a man or woman of God. By daily walking with the Lord and seeking to have a deeper relationship with him, missionaries are then able to disciple new Christians and plant healthy churches.
Praise God for a new church plant, Osaka Hope Community, where Japanese people are experiencing God’s love through missionaries and national Christians.
