A Prayer a Day for East Asian Peoples

Tokyo Metro Community is a ministry reaching out to people in the business world. The gatherings are called “Ecclesias,” because more than simply facilitating Bible study, the goal is Christ-centered community through meaningful relationships and prayer. There are groups meeting together in five locations throughout Tokyo. Participants desire to see God’s presence spread from inner-city Tokyo to the far reaches of the nation. Participants have found the fellowship to be an oasis in the desert of their city. One was so moved that he began a group for his colleagues in his office. Another member spearheaded the opening of a new group near his work location.
