Puning City received international attention in 2010 when nearly 10,000 women were punished for violating the then one-child policy. God, when fears threaten to overcome, You are still a strong fortress. May thousands in Puning know You as Lord and understand that You are greater than the fear inside of them or the enemy outside of them. May Your church there be a haven for hurting hearts and a comfort to those who grieve.
