A Prayer a Day for East Asian Peoples

Pray for Sawara Christ Church in Japan to become a healthy church with biblical disciples. Last year, a volunteer team helped the church host their first Vacation Bible School (VBS). Church members stepped up to serve during the event and were encouraged through this outreach to their community. Good contacts were made with families. Many parents joined the last day of the VBS and heard the gospel clearly. Some of the families came back to join the follow-up events and a few moms decided to join a Bible study.

Pray the members will be intentional to connect and faithful to follow up with the church’s new and returning visitors. Pray they will see God-given opportunities to witness about Jesus and obediently speak the truth in love.
