A Prayer a Day for East Asian Peoples

China is officially an atheist country with an atheist government. Communist Party members number well over seventy million. Estimates are that the Christian population has far surpassed the number of Party members. It has been observed that increasing numbers of Party members have become Christians.

Pray more will realize atheism is full of deceptive lies. Pray that Christians who are working within the government, albeit secretly, will be a light in the darkness and a force for change. Pray they will use their positions to protect other Christians who are under persecution.Throughout the Bible, God gave favor to his children who honored him even under pagan governments. Pray Christians will find strength in these stories and will stand firm in their faith.
