A Prayer a Day for East Asian Peoples

Around 750,000 East Asians live in metropolitan Vancouver, Canada. Despite the presence of ethnic churches, most East Asians living there have never clearly heard the gospel nor responded in genuine faith to Jesus Christ.

Pray the Lord of the harvest will call out more workers into this mission field to make disciples among East Asians. Pray ethnic church leaders will receive a fresh revelation of the greatness of God that increases their desire to know the Lord better and obey him more fully, especially in reaching the lost and helping new Christians grow in Christ. Pray new leaders will be trained and sent out to reach second-generation immigrant youth and young adults. Pray for courage and desire among East Asian Christians to reach out and make disciples cross-culturally, especially to those who follow Islam in Vancouver.
