A Prayer a Day for East Asian Peoples
Many Chinese Christians sense a call to reach Muslims in Central Asia, South Asia, and the Middle East, along with the Buddhists and Hindus of Southeast Asia and South Asia. These Chinese missionaries often struggle with a support structure that can help them be effective in their work in a sustainable way, due to the fact that such entities would be viewed as illegal in China. Even if such a structure existed, there would be challenges with selecting viable candidates because cross-cultural missions is a relatively new ministry in China. Still, China’s number of Christians suggests it is the greatest source of workers for the harvest field.
Pray God will show how to select, send, support, and sustain missionaries from China.
